Recover Gmail account without recovery email or phone number using Google's account recovery process
This tutorial shows how to recover a Gmail account when you've lost access to both your phone number and recovery email, using Google's account recovery process through a recognized device.
Disable location permissions for Google app and Chrome browser
Open Google app, go to App info > Permissions > Location > Don't allow. Repeat for Chrome browser.
Download and install Spark browser from Google Play Store
This browser will be used for the account recovery process.
Open Spark browser and navigate to google.com
Tap on 'Sign in' and enter the Gmail account you want to recover.
Tap 'Forgot password' and then 'Try another way'
When prompted about two-step verification, indicate you've lost your phone.
Go to Settings > Google > Help
Search for 'make your account more secure' in the help section.
Select 'Google account' > 'Account recovery' > 'Can't sign into your Google account'
Choose the option that best describes your issue (e.g., two-step verification trouble).
Select 'Your security key is lost' and then 'Follow these steps to recover your account'
This will lead you to the account recovery page.
Enter your Gmail address and tap 'Next', then select 'Change password'
Set a strong new password and confirm it.
Update your mobile number and recovery email in security settings
This prevents future unauthorized access to your account.
