0Dump the sauce onto a dehydrator tray
No special preparation needed - just pour directly onto tray
Spread sauce into a thin, even layer
Ensure uniform thickness for even dehydration
Place tray in dehydrator and run overnight
Standard dehydration time is approximately 8-12 hours
Store dehydrated sauce leather in airtight mason jars
Transfer to Ziplock bags when traveling for convenience
